You need some melatonin it's a natural way to help you relax and fall asleep.
I have no clue what that is. :confused:

I usually sleep best during the late morning and sometimes in the middle of the day, but mom wants me to sleep at night. She doesn't like it when I sleep in the daytime.

Melatonin is a good choice. It's something our body already produces, and is as safe to take as water is to drink.

I agree with Patti, you should look it up. It's easy to find too. Most drug stores should carry it, maybe even some grocery stores.

I looked it up, but that's not something I can use.
