You know the 50's was a great time to live in the US much simpler times can you remember them @duluthralphie are you too old?
My mom was born in the 60's, she would always nag about how much better the world was and how much it has changed, I've always felt bad for the way we treat our only planet we could live on...

My niece went to Disney for 'Make a Wish' foundation, she had fun but it rained everyday she was down their.. I honestly hate most rides at carnivals and fairs..
If it was in the summer, you're guaranteed 2 things. It's going to be hot, and it's going to rain.

The rides are fun there... but the people and crowds are not.... waiting in line over an hour for a 60 second ride is insane.
Don't forget the amount of strollers there. Even though I have a child in a stroller, I curse what last person that walks with one down the middle of the road. Like its a entitlement badge or something.

We went to Disney world the first year it was open and rode Space Mountain! I imagine my finger nail imprints are still on the side of that car. I did not go on it the 2nd time.

When we lived there it took about 45 mins to get to the beach from where we lived. But I tell ya once we found the mountains I lost all interest in the beaches, although they are gorgeous in the west side.
I do prefer the Gulf. You don't have to go verry far to get a whole new personality to the land. The east coast all looks the same for the most part.

I've always lived in PA, someday want to move somewhere warmer like Delaware, my friend eventually is going their. I will probably be staying in PA for quite a while though.
I'll always suggest leaving, even if just for a short time. You'll either realize you love it there, or find out what you're missing. :)

I spent more time living in FL than I did Mo.....

Once I lost all my money I left Florida and moved back to Mn......

My wife insisted we move closer to the grandkids, she is weird like that.
What's with all the Missouri haters? It's the best place to be if you like having winter spring summer and fall all in one day!

Haha, yeah that I do agree with. I doubt I'll ever go back, even to visit.

I think it's funny when people just assume Floridians live at the beach or Disney.

"Have you seen the new XXXX at Disney?"
"No, I don't go there very often."
"What?!? I'd be there all the time!"
"I doubt that..."
I've been there several times actually.
Only one time as an adult.
I hope to never go back. .
The people were rude. .the workers were rude. . the lines were horrid . .and you can't even take a picture with the mouse anymore without standing in line for 3 hours and then they want you to pay for a picture.
