Mine share everything including nest boxes.
Mine don't,just 3 coops built to 1 coop, their was a hole from the chickens 2 parts of the coops leading inside their coop. The guineas sleep in the nest boxes since they don't know what they are.. I give them roosts in the run but they don't use them. I have a nice secured run with a tin fenced roof, hardy fence that foxes and bears have attempted to break down and have yet to succeed and tons of branches for them, they'd rather sleep where the chickens lay their eggs.

Where you able to get it all finished?

Mostly, I still need to hook up my de-icer for the stock tank so it does not freeze. I am looking to get another bigger one and attach a drain like the current one. Then I don't worry about dumping water on the ground and breaking my arm again. It gets so slick. Last year I spent 6 weeks with a full arm cast and that was not fun or attractive. LOL. We just trimmed and took down some trees so I have a huge pile of wood chips behind the run that I need to spread out inside and outside of the run to keep it from being too muddy. We have been drizzling rain for about 2 days now with some ugly stuff on the way.

You know if you want to be a vegan or it you want to eat meat those are private decisions each one of us has to make. It sure isn’t my place to tell someone if they eat meat they don’t care about animals? Too much of others trying to force their decisions on what’s right on others. That’s one thing I love about this country we get to make our own decisions and unless we ask for someone’s opinion then they are free to give it. But not if we don’t.

Keep food an water outside. That will help a whole bunch. As for bedding I like pine shavings the bedding for horses since it’s thicker. I use a good thick amount inside so daily I just scoop up the wet shavings fluff and good to go. I usually put more shavings inside 3-4 weeks.

Alright, I normally lure the ducks in with food if they don't go in at night, normally the muscovies wait for me to come up with food that's why I leave water in there.. how do I break their habit?
