Okay, I'm having fun making marmalade. I made about 2 quarts from the sour oranges, alrady down to 1 quart.

Then I made a batch using homegrown tangerines. It gave me 9 small jars. Still have not tasted this one.

Currently I'm making a batch using Key Limes, and tangerines, with black pepper, fermented chilies, onion flakes, and crushed garlic. This is to be mixed at 1:1 teriyaki sauce (not glaze) as a pork or chicken marinade. Or you could mix it with soy sauce and use it for beef. Orange marmalade and teriyaki is my favorite marinade for pork chops, so I figured I'd get experimental with this batch.
