Yeah the apostles aren't a known problem with poultry. They normally co exist well. But as we only had 6" of rain in 2019 and not much more the previous 2 years, you can imagine how scarce the food is in the wild. Duckling food is easy picking. We get the diamond lace monitors here, if you are familiar with them. They are a decent size.

Thought I should introduce some of my flock to you all. My 2 runners are 18 weeks and the muscovy ducklings are 9weeks. Off in distance is my lone silkie, her 4 australorp chicks and Rhonda my road island white
