I doubt even remember what our tv remote looks like to be honest. We got a roku and it has its own remote. It's nice though. It only has about 10 buttons. Never thought a remote would make a good "less is more" situation.
It's a streaming device for things like Netflix, hulu, YouTube and so on. We don't have cable TV and just use a couple streaming services for our tv. If you are familiar with Google chrome cast, or Amazon's fire stick, it's basically the same thing.
Well it looks like we've lost the ability to copy and paste directly to a post using the BBC code (like "the quack shack" in my signature). Now you actually have to know the BBC code which most people won't. Bye bye nicely looking links, hello long drawn out gibberish filled links to get you to the same place.
I can turn the TV on with the remote and have learned how to do the DVR which is really something for me.
Lol, no worries. It's 3:15pm here, and I still don't feel like I've had enough coffee.
