If you can get past the noise, she's neat to have around. She doesn't eat a ton of food and is always active. I haven't gotten an egg yet, so she's freeloading, but she's not much trouble. She's fun to watch. She is loud though.

Yay for eggs! Do you have any pictures of the LF silkies? I guess I always thought silkies came in one size, but I'd be interested to see what large fowl slikies look like. Mine don't seem to be bantam as far as I'm concerned, but they're smaller than my orpingtons for sure.

I have three eggs under my silkies that are due tomorrow night. I just went in to steal any new eggs that the other silkies insist on laying in their nest, and noticed that one of the serama eggs is pipped and peeping! I'm so excited. It's an egg from my only pair of seramas, so I'm anxious to see what it looks like.

I don't feel so bad now lol. I don't have a picture but I'll ask her to send me a couple. The 2 boys we have here are closer to the Serama size birds. Might be a bit larger due to fluff, but about the same weight.
