whites are common here. An army of them would be cool. I'd try ship you eggs but we may all end up on border security. Hopefully they've had a good bath overnight and look happier today

Did some soft and hard boiled duck eggs today. I've nor tried peeling a hard boiled yet, but the soft are delicious. I love how the shell makes it's own cup.

Lol, kind of. I used a fine tooth serrated knife to cut the air cell off, and a narrow spoon top scoop it out. Like a grapefruit sized spoon.

i beat them against the sink and tear into it like a rabid ape with an ingrown toenail

i should learn to do things gently

I've been steaming them and I think the shells come off easier. 20 minutes but I have to have mine well done!
