What's the humidity you keep your duck eggs at Trim? And what are you going to bump it up to for lockdown?

Just snapped this pic for giggles on the "largest egg contest" thread...I'm shocked at the size of the goose eggs!
Put today's egg with the chickens for comparison. Those are actually pretty large chicken eggs too!

Been pretty steady at 44-46. Not sure about lockdown yet.

Balut is suppose to be delicious, I have never had it because of my fear of a dux actually hatching.

i heard Patti puts sour cream and Jalapeños on her Balut...

Dux-Fleas just eats hers raw, from what I understand.......



I would go on... but...



My tummy gets a little queasy about eating this delicacy...

I had several double yolks when my pekins first started laying and they are HUGE!
