Hope everyone had a great Easter! 40’s all week here in Central Illinois so I guess that means I’ll be staying inside and cuddling ducklings. Darn!

You have such a colorful flock!!!!Okay, sometime this week Pearl will be going ti her new home. I spoke with the guy today and he accepted my offer.
Here's the last guinea pictures I'll be posting. I'm happy she'll have an actually guinea flock to live with, and happy to rid us of the constant noise, but I'm going to miss her. She's a pain in the rear, but neat to have around.

Yeah, she's beautiful. Poor girl has a kind of sad story. Everyone she has bonded with is dead.Pretty guinea! Yep, they're loud... I have three -- two males and a female. One of the males lost his mate a couple weeks ago, and the other male is just over a year old... I'm not sure how things will go with the uneven ratio, but we'll see. They're an extra few pairs of eyes to keep an eye on the sky and ground for predators, so that's good....
Anyway, beautiful guinea! Hope that you enjoy your new peace and quiet -- or, relative peace and quiet... duck and chickens will always make some noise....
Agreed.Aw, poor thing... I hope that the flock accepts her. Guineas don't like being lonely, and she's so pretty -- she needs to pass on those beautiful genes, yeah?
