Is that a northern thing... the morrels? I've never heard of them down here, but I have family in Ohio that loves to go looking for them. What do you do with them? I mean, obviously you eat them but do you add them to dishes or just straight up eat them? I'm not a mushroom person, obviously.

I'm not sure how far south they grow, but use them like any other mushroom. I think the wild mushrooms always taste better than farm raised, but I'm not brave enough to pick anything I'm not 100% positive of..
 
What's up with this dude's head floof? It's lighter in color and poofy. Can runner ducks be tufted? I bought these eggs from an eBay seller that shut down his account after bad reviews started to pile up regarding people not getting their eggs in a timely manner.

I guess I've never had a farm raised or wild mushroom. I always say I don't REALLY know if I like something or not until I've tried it fresh/farm raised.
