It varies, in the spring or under lights they can lay daily or every other day,, or daily then skip a day.

if you take the eggs they lay for 3-4 months. I still have some laying.

Mostly they sit around eat food, inspect my work, hide my tools, and complain a lot. They are a lot like a wife.

How many do you have? I don't remember how many mum had but I remember there being alot and I don't ever remember not having eggs to eat, although we always ate emu eggs in winter
