There is! Actually theres a little island south of Australia called kangaroo island that had a plague number of Koalas. They thrive on our little islands but the mainland is where they struggle.
Australia is organising protests now... here comes our second wave of virus!

First, just because it’s illegal to kill an animal does not make inedible..

Second, we know dogs are edible, so I think someone pulled your leg.
