I think the brother looks a lot like your boy @rjohns39 haha from what I remember, anyhow.

Hey duck friends, are any of you the writing type? We just added a new section to the Learning Center here about processing birds, and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in writing up an article (with pictures!) about how to process ducks for the new section.

There's a chance we may also host a new article contest to help get new articles too, so you might be able to enter it in said contest and possibly win a prize.

I would love to learn about processing that will be so cool.

Thanks! We think so too! Haha and nobody’s really sure aha they were rescues and just turned 2 at the beginning of the month. Franklin (brother’s dog) is the smaller, lighter colored one.

The rescue said “Pyrenees/Collie” and my brother and SIL had a DNA test done on him that came back like Pyrenees, Lab, Chow, and like half herding breed haha SIL initially thought Aussie but could be Collie. Not sure.

I actually initially didn’t see the Chow or Lab either at all and thought the test was wrong. He’s so sweet and gentle just like a Golden whereas his Lab mix “sister” (also a rescue) is a bull moose lmao so I thought for sure he was Golden/Aussie/Pyrenees hahah

BUT!!!

After seeing his brother here (even though I didn’t meet him in person), I can for sure see the Chow in his brother!!!
