Great the brood is going to the hen house in one week. The drakes like their own run and summer is coming.

However the whole flock has decided to molt. 47 laying hens and 0 eggs today. 2 a day over the last week. UGH can you imagine my frustration.

Can someone please one more time tell me how to add a user name for the @ and link and the notification stuff

I'm glad our temps are finally falling, Fall has arrived I love watching your ducks. When you release them, its just WOW so many!!

Yes, I can imagine-when we had a full house of chickens, ducks and Turkey's we would go through periods when we would get a couple eggs from everyone I don't like doing the walk of shame when they should be laying.

Similar here: 16 ducks and 9-11 eggs per day. But i "enjoy" feathers everywhere, especially in the duck-pool drain…

On your laptop, you just type in "@" and then a "yod'. A pop-up opens like this:

You continue to type or select @YodaBat with the mouse.
On the phone - i have no idea! Not using BYC on my phone.

I have already nightmares about winter weather, snow covering our driveway, freezing temperatures, frozen duck waterers - and you're happy about fall finally arriving!
When did we had Summer this year?! I feel it was just one or two weeks ago when we switched to daylight savings time…
