Good Morning Bob, Been meaning to ask you how Sue is doing these days. Hope doing really well.
:frow Good morning Patti, have a great day

In many respects, she's doing really well. We have some new issues we're hoping the Ortho can figure out Thursday. I still haven't been able to get her an appointment with the Neurologist, the person who's supposed to have all the answers...

Good morning folks :frow

That's good to hear . Sorry there are some new issues sure hope the Ortho can help.
What's the deal with the Neurologist?

Are you doing much hatching this year?
Sorry Patti, I got sucked into work...

I haven't figured out what to do about the neurologist. The first referral was sent the 5th of may and nothing. A couple of weeks ago our Neurosurgeon (who is the director of Neurosurgery at Vanderbilt) sent a referral and nothing. Her office says they get 4000 referrals a day, someone screens them and the lucky few get appointments.

I've had one hatch this year, getting ready to set eggs again.

That's fine Bob. Very sorry about the neurologist and getting an apt. I hope it happens soon.

Since my rooster is almost 12 I haven't a fertile egg in the bunch so I am getting chicks and giving them to my broodies my Orpington is raising 2 female Leg bar and today I am getting 2 of my broodies speckled Sussex and Silver laced Wyandotte. That leaves 3 with out but I only have room for 2 broody bedrooms so these girls will have to wait another year.
I hope one of these days to add another roo. But don't want to have to do it with my roo I have now since he wouldn't like it so much. I have a tiny OEGB roo too and he's only 4 but has never fertilized an egg here and I have bantam chickens too.

I bet you have alot of folks wanting to buy your chicks.

Well looks like I’ll be brooding these neither broody wanted them just want to keep sitting on nothing.
