How can a eagle be bland? So majestic, but duck eaters. Hatching today. Lots of cuties.

How can a eagle be bland? So majestic, but duck eaters. Hatching today. Lots of cuties.

Just brown wedge tails. Hawks, falcons also brown. I have seen a sea eagle out here (8hrs inland) once and he was beautiful. The brown birds are very bland when they have such a rainbow of budgies, lorikeets and other parrots to compare to. How many hatching today?

Good Afternoon/Evening Everyone!

Ok 5 ducklings hatched by the egg sitter. 7 ducklings hatched by me from the dead ducks. One more languishing in the bator. Looks bad. And my husband ran over himself this morning and broke his leg.

Ha, he can't give me any grief about driving. He got out with the dog and didn't put the truck in park. It went forward and crushed him between the next car. He got it in reverse to free himself and then it rolled away into a gate. It is somewhat entertaining to have to explain you ran over yourself.
