i know someone who eats a LOT of garlic and always smells like it. should we abolish garlic too?
why toss a good medicine from the vet?
does your dog smell bad or did you use it on yourself and you stink now?
I actually like the smell of garlic. This does not smell like garlic to me.
I think because my dog lives inside and lays on the furniture is why the whole house stinks now. It isn't just on the dog.. it reeked in my house for days until he got better and i haven't used it now for a few days the smell is getting better.
And what about stuff like icy hot and bengay? they penetrate through the skin does that make them scarey?
What freaks me out though is that whole bit about it being able carry other stuff it could come in contact with onto your blood stream. I mean.. i dont think bengay can do that.
I mean who knows what kind of stuff is in our lotions soaps cleaners etc. That we use.. that wouldn't normally be a problem.
But it's hard to put medicine on your pets without getting it on yourself. 💁🏼‍♀️
I'm just not sure if it's worth the risk of using it.. besides the odor.

Maybe I am being irrational 😆

You can read it for free with Kindle Unlimited. If you want to read it for Q10really free, just read it withing the 30 day trial period and then cancel your membership.
I have the Kindle Membership from amazon.de and there's a plethora of books with DSMO in the title…
Well my old timer vet certainly seemed to believe in it. And I have always trusted in him. They were telling us that we could use it on ourselves too if we had arthritis or whatnot. But they did not tell us any of that other stuff or the fact that if it comes in contact with water it steams. That freaked me the heck out too.

Update on Blanca Duck: I saw her stalking around on both legs in the duckling-box today, she definitely wants out there and be with the others. I briefly though about locking her with Violeta Duck into the duck-house, as Violeta is staying inside to escape the rampant drakes. - But the in the evening i would have to get into the duck-house and hunt her down while Violeta would be panicking. I need something like an extension for the duckling box where Blanca can train to walk longer distances.
Anyways, here she is, preening herself on the patio after her physical-training in the bathtub:
That thought about DSMO maybe able to help her is captivating…

I couldn't tell you for sure if it really helped my dog or not. Because they also gave him a shot and gave him some anti inflammatory pain reliever. So I have no way I have knowing which thing helped the most.

You are absolutely not irrational, DSMO has been used to drug and poison people by just placing some "active substances", dissolved in DSMO into their shoes. Solutions have been dripped onto clothing… ⚠

Fortunately organo-sulfur compounds are inherently unstable and are easily oxidized when exposed to the atmosphere. Thankfully! Imagine every fart lurking around for days on… :lau

Since you mentioned using it on a dux.. that thought crossed my mind. What about like salmonella?
Could that stuff pull a bacteria into your system if it came in contact with dux poo?

What do you mean with »steams«? - Dissolving DSMO in water produces heat, every other kind of "steam" that is produced points to a contaminant.

Definitely no! - It can only transport molecules through your skin. (not sure about viruses though, but i think those are too big too)
Shouldn't we all be "vaccinated" by now against anything deployed in dux-poop?

Ok so.. my vet said to put it in a spray bottle and spray it on him.
I had a spray bottle that i had vinagar in. That's all that had ever been in that bottle. I washed it out with water but didn't dry it.
I noticed it steaming or smoking or whatever from that bottle when i poured it in there.
Thought that was wierd. Half thought i was seeing things.
But then i sprayed it on the dog and saw steam coming off of him. I know it was warm too.. i felt it to see of it was burning him or what.
So yeah... i got it on me too so i may have stunk last week.
