I'm gonna try to get more Java eggs, and some buttercups this winter. Otherwise, I don't think I'll hatch many chickens. I'll be (sigh) having to plug in soon, to test out the ancona eggs. Of course, with half and half boys and girls, no need to doubt them too much. LOL Will also be wanting to test the geese as they start laying. I don't want to sell any eggs that are from geese too young to mate well. I'm sure the africans will be ok, and probobly the sebbies, but I'm not sure about the toulouse. From what I've read, some are ok the first year, and others are just too young still. It would be nice of them all to at least pay for their own food with egg money.
