I hate it! I everywhere I seem to go lately that is their ONLY option. Have you read the nutrition information on it, BLAH! The cook all the good stuff out. I can't get raw locally that is another issue... but, even all my organic milks available here are only listed as ULTRA. I need at least regular pasterized cream so I can add sour cream (not ultra either) to make my butter. ....but now I can't find it

I'd give you ours, except that 1) you're too far away and 2) ours is goat milk, so you can't make butter anyway.
Ultra-pasteurized milk is just plain nasty. It also is certainly not necessary for our health-they just cook the crap out of it so that it will sit longer on a shelf.
