URGENT HELP NEEDED

I am glad your baby made it. I was trying NOT to assist until this morning. It could open its mouth good last night so I felt comfy going to bed last night and not checking on it again... OMG.... I had two eggs left. One who was doing so good and could put his full bill out to breathe was dead. His egg filled up with liquid. I should of helped him out but I was trying to let things happen naturally. Well it did for that one. It died. The other one I took matter into my own hands and unzipped it and it pushed its way out in my hands. No issues look to be with that one. OMG I feel bad for the other one. It was needed help and I didn't help it. I should have helped... I should have helped... I should have helped...

He’s a model.

Another one has come but his beak is crooked while one eye is bulging almost and another is sunken in :(. He stumbles around and the first one pecked at his wing till it started bleeding. I have him in a separate brooder, hopefully he’ll make it through the night.

your humidity may have been too high and the chick is like a sponge. They can get all bulgy and fat looking. Maybe thats why the other one was filled with fluid? Ive only hatched once from a bator and 2 of my chicks were waterlogged but I think that was because the eggs were supersized and full of more water than they should have been. The hen that laid the egg was a sex link feed store variety.
