Weird looking foots.

It was wery hard. I pull one piece away. Foot was bleeding a bit. Duck is acting as nothing happen, walking as always (from 3 weeks minus few days).
If it will come off like that and not bleed too much I think it is safe to remove it. Once removed, clean with betadine or chlorhexidine, then wrap foot.
 
I’ve never seen such a thing either! I’m also amazed at the different color, since the foot skin is all black. Very interesting.

Could you cut a cross section of one of the pieces you remove please, and post of picture of the inside of it?

I’d go with what @casportpony said to do.

This is something else! Definitely not bumble I don't think. I'm going with a deformity of some type. . the nail tissue thing. I have a coupe of calls that grow an extra nail out the side of their foot and I pulled one out before thinking it was a thorn. The embedded end looked just like that picture of the piece removed.. That was when I realised it was on both feet. .and it was actually growing out of the foot. :oops:
