Over growth of tissue? Did you put anything on the foot were you cut that off ?
No,it was very tiny part, what should i do now ?
Hard like a toenail hard?
If it will come off like that and not bleed too much I think it is safe to remove it. Once removed, clean with betadine or chlorhexidine, then wrap foot.
Yes, but thinner, little bit more flexible. But not soft, hard like toenail.
Take a pic of area after removal and before bandaging, please?
I’ve never seen such a thing either! I’m also amazed at the different color, since the foot skin is all black. Very interesting.
Could you cut a cross section of one of the pieces you remove please, and post of picture of the inside of it?
I’d go with what @casportpony said to do.
Gonna tag a few more people to see this, and possible ideas.

Remember folks, it's 2 am in Poland right now......we'll have to wait.
I didn’t look at location, oops.
This is something else! Definitely not bumble I don't think. I'm going with a deformity of some type. . the nail tissue thing. I have a coupe of calls that grow an extra nail out the side of their foot and I pulled one out before thinking it was a thorn. The embedded end looked just like that picture of the piece removed.. That was when I realised it was on both feet. .and it was actually growing out of the foot.
