Crossing the Road
Tonight I sautéed onion, garlic, banana peppers and zucchini in oil and spices. Added Swiss chard and a can of kidney beans. Omg it was so good! Next time I might try adding potatoes too.
We had it with Italian Sausage (which I did not grow in the garden) , and a kale and parmesan salad.
