What's your chickens' favorite snack

When feeding apples, do you have to remove the core/seeds? Read something on here about apple seeds harming them?

My four girls luuurv Kale.

I hang a big bunch of it in the run and they dont stop till its gone!!!
Seeing as I eat their eggs..... does that count towards one of my fruit and veg servings per day...?!?

Mine like tomatoes. green stuff not so much. I'm about to go out with some strawberry yogurt and see if they like that. Not going to be a habit though. That's pricey stuff for those non-laying bird brains. LOL

Edit... yogurt was a flop. A couple tasted it and then just wiped their beaks on the grass in disdain. The kitchen scrap I put out earlier was stripped of the tomatoes, but the okra and bell pepper chunks were still laying there.
