They really are a neat breed!Auntiejess I have one who I think may end up just like Betsy. She is a yellow chick but has some black spots and her wing feathers are coming in white. She also has a beard and muffs!! I’ll keep y’all posted
So very sorry ... It's been over a year but have been off BYC for a bit. Check out post #107 & #110 ... The greenish & brown are from the WTG while the blue from the WTB.You know, I haven't. For some reason, It doesn't make any sense whatever, I wanted blue not green eggs. I just placed an order last night but I know that I can change it. I hate to ask but would you mind sending a photo of your WTG eggs?
Can anyone tell me if I have a rooster or hen? "It" is around 16 weeks old. No crowing, likes to stick with our other pullets close to the same age. I am not allowed roosters in our neighborhood, so hopefully I won't have to re-home "it".
Some WTBs do have muffs ... What kind of comb? What color egg did it end up laying? Or did it crow? Think it's an EEWhat do you guys think? WTB or Murray's "ameraucana" (easter egger)? Bought as the ameraucana, but she doesn't have a beard yet, and wondering if they did a substitution?
Ended up being a cockerel, so we had to rehome him since we can't have roosters. Some WTBs do have muffs ... What kind of comb? What color egg did it end up laying? Or did it crow? Think it's an EE
