chickens hatch normal, and so have geese and quail, I havent touched the thermosat since i first got it about 2 year ago. It was on 3 or 4 different hatches, Id have some hatch 4 days early, then the rest on time ???

When I hatched ducks a couple of times I would have some hatch 4 days early. IDK why, happened in mine/local eggs and shipped eggs??

It look like it dint absorb its yolk all the way, you need to cover it with something so it doesnt catch on something and break the yolk and/or pull out the intestines. You can use a bandaid, but i find they dont stick good if the chick isnt dry. I usually put a little antbiotic or something on...
