Helpful, just what I needed to know. I have a hen with an injured wing, and she keeps tripping on the first couple primaries that are hanging low.

Informative and interesting topic, of which I knew little...until reading this article. The photos helped illustrate the author's descriptions as well. Nice job!

Nice use of limited resources. I appreciated the step by step photos as well as build descriptions. FYI: your angle cuts look pretty good for someone who disavows any ability.

Good information and ideas. My only quibble is it would have been helpful to include a picture of how the particular tool you referenced removes the leg ties.

Thorough, complete information about the process from egg to hatch to chick and beyond. I like how the author explained each step, illustrating with clear and pertinent photos.

One of my hens went broody this weekend so it's especially helpful for me at this time.

I like how you did a simple brooder out of materials on hand, and out of your head instead of plans. Many of us are not experienced in construction so appreciate seeing how others "threw it together".

I had a hard time seeing the photos until I clicked on one and found the entire album. Pretty chicks!

When we are not brooding we take the HW cloth off. That gives more areas for hiding and roosting in the run. Some day, I may try to make the article a bit more presentable.
