Decent coop and run...can't see anything the neighbor's would object to! It would be nice to see more photos (like of the inside) and more detailed info on the build.
Lots of nice features on this brooder...lid on top (keeps litter & chicks inside), 2-stories for a bit of varied space and it's on legs to make it easier on the upkeep.
Well written article on how the small pre-fab coop was replaced by a bigger, better fitting coop. The only thing I'd change is the roosts (I like 2x4's with the wide side up). Well done!
