Fuzzybird: I have two seramas that free range with my turkeys, OEGBs, and layer hens. They get a long fine. They can fit thru the hole in the fence, and usually spend their time on the other side of the yard, but slide back under to go into the coop with everyone at night.

Santa Claus and Taylor in 1st grade. She loved sharing all about her favorite rooster. She explained about Seramas, and how they pose, and did a demonstration and everything! The kids loved him, and she got a lot of looks carrying him out to the car after school!
LOL... I remember the last show, Bill, your hen ate all her shavings!!! Sometimes no matter all your best intentions, these little birds just do what they want anyways!!! To me, that is what is so much fun about them. Its always a crapshoot, even if you have loaded dice!
After studying poultry diseases lately, I would keep them home, and separated from adults until about 5 months. Besides, they'll look better at 7 or 8 months old anyways.
Best of Luck Bill!!

Malaysian style birds in Malaysia are quite extreme in appearance.
The American type are what you mostly see pictures of here.
My broody hen hatched 3 babies, and one hatched in the incubator on the same day, so I stuck it under her too. So I have 4 new fuzzies!!!!
One looks like it will be white mottled, one is an orange-rust color, and the last two are like the one pictured, sort of brownish/yellowish.
Sorry for...
Treat them for bugs and worms. Put them in a separate cage far away from other birds for at least a few weeks. Give them a bath or two. Watch them closely for signs of disease, and keep them away from your birds under 5 months old.
My last new ones, I used Frontline for bugs, and Cara gave...
Thanks,
