No, it is not normal for the breed. They are like any other breed. As Satay said, unless there is some underlying health problem with one of his feet or legs, then maybe just do test hatch of a few.

It looks as bad as it feels then. Sorry Satay, if I offended about the bore. Around here, the cityites use bores to keep their grass green that dies cos they are stupid and mow it too low in the dry times. Bores on hobby farms are great for the essentials.

Yup. Never been close to running out, but don't want to test mother nature either, so don't waste any. Also why I have lost a lot of plants in the dry. I am a bit of an old farmer. I don't believe in using scarce ground water for cosmetic purposes when farmers need it for their living.
