Good Morning Jen Scott, JimsFarmStand, Pathfinders, and all Buckeye BYCers, Been a while since I've posted...around a year now...just made it back from an overseas deployment. It has taken several hours but have finally caught up with all the posts...I think. Our flock is still doing great...

Would someone please tell me more about the buckeye bantams? First the particulars, how big do they get and how much room do one of these guys need? We of course have the standards...but as of late we have been getting into the OEGB..(and a trio of buff brahma bantams to use as serigate...

Our little "runt" buckeye we call Tiny was being picked on pretty good by her siblings...(they're tall enough now that she can walk under them no prob)...so anyway we removed her from the big run. She wasn't pleased with us at first, but we "rehomed" her with seven, 8 week old pharoah quail 2...

Good morning Mr. Dave, I've got an empty coop/run now waiting on the chicks to arrive. Quick question, what temperatures do you stop shipping chicks at? It's been in the 90s out here the last couple of days...hopefully a cool front will come in at the last of the month so you can ship. Bill

Hey Jim, forgot to tell you there is a poultry auction Saturday the 4th in Newcastle near Oklahoma City if you're interested and have time. Its a little over 2 hours from Tulsa...you never know what they'll have. Take care
