I put one cup into a zip lock bag and pound it with a meat tenderizer tool.I'm too lazy to grind it, so I just take a fine mesh colander and pour the regular crumbles into it and shake. The fine, chick sized bits fall into the bowl underneath, and the larger, adult size ones can be poured back into my container.
After the one cup they get regular crumble.
