I've moved 9 to the brooder, 1 still in the bator with the unhatched eggs. I'll update in the morning. Here's photos of the 9 in the brooder, as well as my Bobs.

Do you have marbles or rocks in the waterer?
Cots are dumb. They will try to drown themselves.

You might want to put a paper towel down over the shavings for now, or remove the shavings all together, so you can sprinkle food on the paper towel and so you can tell if they are pooping.
And so the dummies don't try to eat the shavings...they are dumb.

I've got cut up peices of sponge in the waterer. They are mainly just wanting to sleep right now. The Bobs are singing to them.

......just watch your water that it doesn’t wick out and get the shavings wet. looks like first chick is a tux (scarlet or rosetta), you have a couple pansies so far (the little “painted” one is killing me!) red range (eyebrows), pharaoh,
falb fee, and a “yeller”

I found it stashed in the garage a while back.

I've only used it twice and it worked well both times.

I could've used that yesterday when Fitz got out. Took me a good two hours to catch the bugger. Also, she's a girl! Could've sworn it was the other way around. I found about a dozen eggs while I was cleaning her pen out.
