The celadon inside the egg is like the lining of a well-made purse... that sweet, delightful little pop of color that no one sees but she alone who gazes upon the heart of the purse. The whole point of seeking out colored eggs is esthetic pleasure, after all.

Hatch Poultry Farms was started in 2018 by an 18 year old. While they do mention their biosecurity, I could not find anywhere that they mentioned being NPIP.

They do have a blog post The importance of buying from NPIP and well known breeders in which they admit to buying hatching eggs from a non NPIP source but nowhere do they claim to be NPIP themselves. Maine does have an NPIP listing for them

They are located in Maine meaning that unless you are in the north east that it will likely be a long journey for any shipped hatching eggs.
