it’s day 9 here....according to hatchabatch we’re over 50% “cooked”. trying to talk hubby into candling the 17 tonight for me......stocked up on grippy liner last night (3 rolls). and ordered bottle of nutridrench and brinsea brooder plate to be delivered tomorrow. starting to get excited now!!! I’ve been keeping my humidity just a bit higher (between 35-45%) with this batch.....and temps have been more stable so far as well! hoping that helps

out of the 17, we left 9 in old bator as probable non-fertile but will let them ride and re-candle at lockdown just in case. We trashed 2 more cracked and 1 blood ring. (total 5 trashed) we moved 5 back into new bator as maybes! so we are at 49 looking awesome, 5 maybes, 13 clears, 1 early quitter. total order was 55+/- 68 received.

15 fluffy chicks, plus the voice of one still wet. I think I'm going to trying getting a longer clip tomorrow to use as encouragement next time it's hatchday and apparently none of the chicks want to be first out.
