People eat them. I never have, but they get used (stuffed) for appetizers—horse duffers as DH calls them. I can’t spell the actual word. :lau I always kind of wanted to try them, and I enjoy fermenting things. Stuffed grape leaves are called dolma or dolmades. Typically they are stuffed with rice, lamb and herbs. They are delicious. The are often preserved in olive oil.

I can't house 100 quailies until processing time so I need to make my mind up.
My bator is collecting dust.
jumbos still 3 weeks or so back-ordered at myshire.....so i’d go with pearl if i were you!! (or check kcquail)
 
25 peepers. It's day 18, so there may be a few more yet. So much variety! I can't wait to see them grow.
