Stuffed grape leaves are called dolma or dolmades. Typically they are stuffed with rice, lamb and herbs. They are delicious. The are often preserved in olive oil.People eat them. I never have, but they get used (stuffed) for appetizers—horse duffers as DH calls them. I can’t spell the actual word.I always kind of wanted to try them, and I enjoy fermenting things. They’re sold in niche grocers like Trader Joe’s. https://www.thankyourbody.com/recipe-naturally-fermented-pickled-grape-leaves/
