Okay,..first thing is that you cannot believe everything you read or hear and question what you see. Some things on that list will be extinct in due time I am sure,..But everyone in this vast nation of ours is not as mainstream as some. Actually I think most of that stuff is a crock. You would be surprised to see what you can find when you venture further out.

Yes more rare,but not extinct. Its there, you just have to look for it.

There's still plenty of people that have personal responsibility and freedom. I would venture to say most people on this line do. Of course prisoners don't have personal freedom. the rest of us have all the freedoms you can have in a functioning society.

Well ya know, there certainly are alot of problems, for sure. The real question that no one is answering is.
WHAT ARE YA GONNA DO?
If the vcr goes extinct that ain't no big deal. I used to have an 8 track 32 yrs ago and I'm still survivin.
What's sad about the drive in, is what it meant' to the family.
Kinda like this forum. How much time do you spend away from your kids and husband and wife on this thing?
I expect this computer has done more to drive a wedge in the relationship part of livin than anything else.
The same with the TV.
See cause on this side of this forum I can hide the real me. If I don't like you I just log off.
But if I'm sittin in church and I don't like you, I either get up and leave or sit to the other side.
See and ask yourself if you speak to your neighbor? Boy she made me mad last fall over skinny pete (a stray cat). But ya gotta forgive and I invited her in to see the chicks.
What scares me isn't responsibility but accountibility disappearing. We jus don't hold anyone accountible anymore.
As for me I look at the list and say what can I do?
For the honey bee I'm gonna put up a hive and plant my back yard w/ clover.
For the poor I'm gonna donate eggs to the food pantry if they let me. When these girls start laying

I ain't gonna steal or cheat jus cause other's do.
For the farmer I'm gonna drop a line to the government and say "Save the family Farm". Let them fiqure out how, that's their job.
So I hope ya go back to that list and say.
What can I do? We can't save the world but We can save one little piece. Together those pieces add up to the whole thing.
Gotta go wash the dishes so when my wife comes home she can sit before she cooks dinner. She's the best cook in the world ya know.

Honey bees are dying out so very fast, I think from all the chemicals used on the large farms.I am deadly allergy to bee, or wash stings, but I bought a qt. of honey from my neighbor and ate a spoonful daily for over the last 7 or 8 months and my allergy this year are much less then they have ever been, I read somewhere that if you ate a spoonful of honey, from the area you live in it will help your allergy's and It sure has, hope to buy another quart this year that is if his bees make honey, last year was the first year in several that he had any honey. Our town still has a drive in theater,I still have a land line and answering machine, we still have 2 video stores in our town, and I had dial up until I got tired of it being so slow but they were great keeping up with firewall and virus prot. marrie
