4-5 Month Old Dominique: Cockerel or Pullet?

that is the only one I could find of her tail really quick.
If your is a full breed Dom she has to be a girl, IMO.

I'm hoping they're a full breed! Definitely should be.

Pullet. Those curved tail feathers are just about to molt out. Nothing to be concerned with. Not a trace of male saddle feathers on that bird.

Oh wow, you think so? And I was just getting used to Mal being a boy. Well, looks like we'll have to change the name back to Maleficent.

I have Dominiques, and some of my hens looked exactly like yours, just a bit plumper. I think it's a pullet!

Haha well it looks like nobody's voted for cockerel, so I guess I'm convinced that Mal's a pullet! Great news because we were worrying as to how we were going to keep her. Luckily we don't have to worry about that.
