Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

Mahroni, will you wire my jaw shut too? I'm not sure that dental surgery on yourself is a good idea, so you can practice on me.

WAHOOOO I only lost a pound, but I lost my 5% goal weight!!!

Now I lost a point though :-( bummer...down to 21 a day. My mil warned me that was coming but ughhhh!

Starting weight:157
Ht: 5'2"
Current weight: 149!

WW tracker tried to switch me over to maintenence since I hit my 5% goal so I had to go through a lot but I eventually got it reset and have now just set it for my "upper limit" long term goal of 130. I would really like to be more of 120-125 but I want to make sure I can acheive one thing at a time! IT may be a year until I get there at this rate but oh well!
 
Well, my legs went from 'spaghetti' to Charlie Horses after that little disaster in the cardio room. Yesterday, literally I could not do anything other than walk. Lowering myself into chair was a case of positioning myself over the seat and allowing gravity to take hold and hoping that I had positioned myself well. Finally I had to beg DD to help me stretch. I laid on the bed and bent my leg as much as I could and then she would push my foot toward my butt thus stretching that thigh muscle. I cried the 1st 2 times we did it.

So, lesson learned. Dont over-do and dont use excercise equipment without direction the 1st time.

This is me and my bright ideas...

Amazingly I feel fine today other then women stuff. Not enough IB in the world to make this stop. I was hoping in 2010 we'd have health insurance so I could have BC which actually helps my weight and my mood. Maybe I would be taking better care of myself. Like sometimes I want to talk to a nutritionist!? You know what I mean... someone who could find a healthy lifestyle that works just for me.

Oh well, daughter and I are going to finish laundry today while I lay in bed folding everything. IF I get some pain free time I will do my sit-ups, stretches and push ups.

By the way, on Valentine's day my gym is having an hour long afternoon couples stretching class. So 2 people can go in and stretch each other... now it doesn't sound so good the way I put it, but the lady with the class made it sound awesome. Now I'm dragging hubby since we won't be able to afford to go out to dinner or anything, and I shouldn't!

I lost 4 pounds finally.
I hate getting stalled, and then finally figuring out it was cause I had slacked on my adrenal support

We been eating a lot of chili here too. In fact we've been eating it once a week, I make mine with ground beef since I'm not big on Turkey. It's so easy to make, filling, and easy on the points. I usually make a pot of rice with it to have the chili over it, and the next day we do chili over a baked potato. Haven't tried fish chili, never even thought about having it that way..but then again Im the only one that like's fish around here.
