Blue ameraucana, is "she" a rooster?

Thank you everyone. We had our suspicions about him. He is a very handsome fellow and well loved. We will miss the possibility of blue eggs but maybe we will try our hand at hatching. (I must admit males are very outmatched in this household as well as coop so it is nice to welcome the young chap to the club).
