This was done once before back on the old EZboard...the title of the thread was booby-bator ... or something along those lines. There were a couple of chicks on the board that all did it at the same time, If I remember correctly several of them had success, and I remember lots of comments about it being a sticky mess when they hatched

I did a quick candle again tonight and everything looks good. The dark area inside the egg where the embryo is growing may be a hair bigger that yesterday, or maybe just my imagination. Day 4 begins in about 5 minutes. My daughter is 15 and is convinced her Mom has completely lost it. She said there's no way she could fit an egg in there. Then she comes back from the fridge with one of the button quail eggs (about the size of an olive) and says she could incubate that one no problem....LOL. Teen girls!
