Well, it could be a silkie. Although they are supposed to have Silkied feathers...what's the comb type?

Comb is absolutely minuscule, but looks to be a single comb.

Am I crazy or am I beginning to see the barest beginnings of a crest after all? I couldn’t see any partridge colored Houdens online though.

Those feet.

I do believe this is a Partridge Silkie.
Five toes, a crest, and even though it may have a single comb, most hatchery quality on do.
