Hello, Im new to having chickens and my baby started sneezing and closing her left eye. Now she has nasal drippings (clear) and dirt sticks to it!! But she eats/moves a lot, drinks fine, has NO wheezing or respiratory sounds... what could this be? Thank you.

Hi! Welcome to chicken raising!
I am by no means an expert and can only share my experience. My cockerel had an eye shut and it turned out he had developed a sinus infection that backed up into his eye. In spite of antibiotics he lost his eye.
I am going to tag two people here who are experts and can direct you: @azygous and @casportpony
They will see this and provide feedback.
I am glad you are seeking help as this problem really needs to be addressed right away. Best of luck to you!
