Marama and Ihi were particularly hard to get pictures of today. Why? Well, if they weren't hiding...

...then they were running away.

Po baby had a moment of rest here, during which his wattles even went pale:

He was soon joined by Rangi and Whiri. All six pullets just love this little man. He's always got one or two of them with him.

A strange look from Whiri:

And Rangi. You probably can't see it without full viewing this picture, but though the spot under her eye is disappearing, it has left a blotch of black on her eyelid.

Another difficulty in getting a picture of Marama, when she finally came out into the open, she sat down.

How do you know when you're about to receive a chicken on your shoulder? When you get this look from her:

As much as she looks mad in this picture, I don't think there's an angry bone in Roha's body:
