I've had some not very creative names - Hen, Chickie, etc
Back when I had roosters they were - Colonel, Chick-fil-A, El Gordo, and Popeye

I like to have a mixed flock, so all my girls get simple names related to their breed or colour. Speck the Speckled Sussex, Lacey the Double Laced Barnevelder, Puff the Cream Leg Bar, etc.
I'm splitting some chicks with my sister this spring, they come April 10. They will be Red (might end up as Big Red) the Red Sexlink, Rocky the Barred Rock, and Legs the white Leghorn.

I've always wanted to name one Peep or Pip, but they always seem to lose out to another name.
