He’s out! Looks like he is still connected to his egg by two tiny little threads. Is that the umbillicus? They’re white colored and literally the diameter of a thread. I should leave those until they fall off naturally, right?

You could carefully snip those to free him. Don't want him to get his shell caught on something, try to pull away, and end up opening his umbilicus up.
