I am happy for you! So can I ask--why the c-section? I'm assuming it was an "emergency" one?
Yikes...I've never heard of that before...and now I'm worried about that since I'm supposed to have a c-section, too.
I got to 7 CM, then stalled, plus Lukes heart rate kept dipping, and it dipped really bad so they were ready to do an emergency C section, but they were able through rolling me around to get his heart rate back up, so they didn't have to do an emercency c cection but did do it within an hour of deciding. Turned out Luke was facing upward and a little to the right instead of face down, So he actually has a HUGE hematoma from being stuck at the birth canal. And apparently that is the exact reason my mom had to have a C section with me
Oh I see....how are YOU doing? How is the recovery? Will you still be able to breastfeed?
When I saw those pics on FB of the helicopter...I teared up.
BUT....I am really glad that everything will be okay! I can hardly wait to see more pics when he's home and settled in!
