Winter tried to conceal her surprise. Chickens plotting against Goldenfeather?
"Has anyone you know been affected?" she asked, curious about the friendly chicken she had met.
"Oh, there you are Winter, I was wondering where you..." Silverfluff trailed off as she saw the unfamiliar chicken in the woods. "Who's this?"

"Amethyst of Claw Flock," Amethyst introduced herself, ignoring Winter's questions.

Valor stood there, looking disappointed like Romeo does.

"Of course," Rosemary said kindly

Huckleberry burst through the foliage and into Tree Flock camp. "Who was hurt?" she demanded.

Spruce sprang forward, landing on Amethyst. "What're you doin' in Wing Flock territory?" he cawed.

Winter gasped "Spruce! She was in her territory, and was being completely civil! Leave her alone!" The last part came out as a screech, as she ran to assist her newfound friend.
Silverfluff watched the three chickens struggle, aghast and confused. Why was Spruce so aggressive?

Winter gasped "Spruce! She was in her territory, and was being completely civil! Leave her alone!" The last part came out as a screech, as she ran to assist her newfound friend.
Silverfluff watched the three chickens struggle, aghast and confused. Why was Spruce so aggressive?

Spruce hopped backwards. "Sorry, Winter. Thought she was in our territory." Spruce grunted, dusting off his feathered feet. "Now why're you talkin' to a Claw Flocker?" he asked curiously.
