Mrs BY Bob was with me but we were headed home. She was only outside like that about 2.5 hours.

Everyone, Please consider that after Maleficent was killed by the suspected weasel I did a lot of work closing up the run as tight as possible. While it is not as secure as the coops are, it is pretty secure. I have not seen signs of anything inside the run for a long time.

Don't get me wrong, I want her in the coop at night; however, I was not panicked. If I could not have gotten home I would have sent JD over to move her inside.

I have been puzzled for a while how my three Princesses end up roosting in different positions. Usually it is so predictable. They March up the ladder in order and that is then set for the night.
It seems Bernadette has changed that game.

Question answered. She is a bird after all.

I don't know. I just found her on the porch when I checked the cameras to make certain everyone was in bed.

Sometimes I tip them into the Chicken Palace but if I used a lemon or something has gone moldy I just tip them on the compost heap.

I wondered because they are so tiny, not sure the chickens would get much out of the efffort of eating them.
