Jaffar doesn’t seem to mind hanging out with me this afternoon. Usually he would be crowing to his ladies by now, but not tonight. He’s doing his best job, as my emotional support rooster. :love
I truly believe that many animals can sense our emotions. He probably realizes you need him today! 💕 :hugs💕

Would anyone have any idea on how I can stop my cat from grooming? I've looked at the cone and seen a ring and don't know which is best. Cat's are so awkward but I love him

He's had these continuous scabs and no matter how I have tried this still remains. So too be sure I have ordered a harsh treatment that I'm seriously worried about using. But now I have to stop him from licking and grooming and keep him indoors until this is mites or rash has healed.

Praying someone here has an idea

My dog also had similar but washing oil and essential oils did the trick. This has been done with my cat but always returns

It is with great sadness that I announce the peaceful passing of my beloved Daisy. I had no warning as honestly she has had a great month in truth. Today I saw her dust bathing, bullying her way to more then her fair share of dried cherries and picking on Twiggy. I went out at dark to make sure everyone was roosted and do a final egg check when I found Bubba snuggled up beside her. She was still warm so she could not have been gone long as I had went out back to dump out some leftovers a hour prior and she was scratching around. I have her body wrapped up and in a box and will bury her in the morning. I will admit to feeling angry and cheated that she was only 2 1/2 years old and not a high production breed, yet I've lost her to presumed tumor in her reproductive tract.
Rest in peace my sweet girl. I hope where you are now there endless minnows and young snakes for you to eat.

I'm so sorry for you loss, but very glad she had Bubba with her as she passed, so she wasn't alone. She had a wonderful life with you, and I'm glad her last day was filled with good chickeny things. :hugs :hugs :hugs :hugs You are in my prayers.

The cone does work, I had to use one when my cat, Cleo, had surgery. Just be sure he can still eat and drink, that it doesn't interfer with him getting close enough to the food/water dish.

Do you thinks This would be any good?. I don't use a collar on him but will get one for temporary use if the other Cone is better
